Units
The Trust is listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX), under the code KIP. Investors can purchase units in the Trust and gain exposure to a Trust that seeks to hold a diversified portfolio of prime office, retail and industrial property assets.
The aim of the Trust is to provide investors with a secure and stable income stream. The Trust derives the majority of its income from rents paid by tenants occupying properties owned by the Trust.
Unit Holders also benefit from the liquidity provided by the Trust's listing on the NZX. Units can be purchased and/or sold at market prices.
