The Trust operates a Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) to provide Unit Holders with an opportunity to reinvest distributions into Trust units at a price equivalent to the weighted average price at which units are sold through the New Zealand Stock Exchange during the period of 10 business days immediately succeeding the record date for the relevant distribution.
The DRP provides Unit Holders with the benefit of reinvesting distributions without incurring any transaction costs. The DRP has been successfully operating for over 10 years. Participating in the DRP is optional and is available to New Zealand and Australian KIP Unit Holders only.
